I'm sorry, just as I predicted, Ellen REALLY noticed Delta. She didn't even thank Michael at the end. JUST SAYIN'.

Honestly I love how Michael goes "Delta Goodrem!" even he knows she's the real star, and he's just there to give her a boost with her career.

The show tonight was WAY TOO LONG, it should have been two shows this week to break it up.

I believe in God, I was raised Catholic, and I do not think for one second that God/Jesus would be against marriage.  In fact I don't even think he would care.  In the bible it says "love one another as I have loved you" and you KNOW Jesus accepted all and the outcasts.  Jesus would be all for Gay marriage lbr here.

 

I'm with Paddy, religion is hypocritical, it's basically just a way to control the masses.

 

I wouldn't go as far as being hypocritical because it says do not judge, it says to love, and nowhere does the bible say it's a sin to be gay. I'd say a lot of people misinterpret the bible to put their own spin on what they believe is right. the thing is there is no right or wrong, we don't need the bible to tell us what's right or wrong, we figure that out through our life experience. We learn from our mistakes and we need to know wrong to know what's right. As long as we live our own truth, who cares what other people think.

I agree with the bolded part. A lot of people do, and many people take it for face value when you're really only supposed to be taking away the message.

I understand your point of view, but in my experience and in my view i would never wear that for a show like this after wearing full length gown, even thought the purple one is not really a truly formal gown.

And we are forgeting she wore that black Roland Mouret dress,that's kinda formal, but it's not a gown.

Like you said Bernadette for a date or something like that it would be great..(i wear that kind of clothes everyday, that's my casual look, but that's me)

I believe Delta wears whatever she feels comfortable in, and that's great, and she looks great in everything, even if she wore a potato sack.

I think you hit the nail on the head, Delta wears what she is comfortable in.  Everyone's style is different and what works for some doesn't work for others, plus we all have different tastes.

Totally agreed with you Paddy, it's obvious who is going to be in the finale and I'm so sick of the coaches praising all of them, I mean yes job well done but seriously? many of them are new to this and they need to learn, CC is for the good and not the bad.

I do love how Delta is the only one giving them CC, she's honestly the only interesting one. Ricky is way too nice and Seal is a jerk and Joel is a prankster. 

I too would have stopped watching now if it wasn't for Delta, i'm well and truly over the show. THANK GOD IT'S LIVE SHOWS NEXT WEEK!!! NO MORE EDITING!! (well very little)

I'm a little nervous from this Ryan Tedder single/work. I just fear we will loose the delta sound that everyone loves....

Delta's sound has changed A LOT, in fact it's changed on every single album.  I don't think Delta has one particular sound, and as long as Delta is being true to herself, I think it should all be good. 

Just checked tv listings online and saw that Delta is listed to be on Ellen with Michael Bolton in 2 weeks on Thu 23/05 which will be Friday here. They are listed last so it looks like they are performing! Yay Delta on Ellen.
