Mistaken Identity was written fairly quickly as well and the album, has some of the best songs she's ever written. I understand that her life changed very quickly and in a dramatic way however, if we are to gain another album to our collection "soon" it could very well have songs on it as great as her second album. She was also very stright-forward as to who she wrote with and didn't really bring a lot of writters in when producing the Mistaken Identity album. Child of the Universe was kept soild has well in writers. It could be a re-release but I doubt it. I think she is ready to move on. It is unfortuante becuase it is one of her best works to date. Anyway.... I would love to hear the song Black Apple (however slim) that chance may be I understand it is one in a billion! Just random thoughts....

"... No Mountain High Enough" isn't a Delta song! The R&B/soul song was written by Nickolas Ashford & Valerie Simpson in 1966 and recorded recorded by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell, becoming a hit again in 1970 when recorded by Diana Ross. The song became Ross' first solo number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for a Grammy Award.

I would like a megamix to be released as the next single including Child Of The Universe, Speed Of Life, War On Love, Hypnotised, Hunters And The Wolves, Touch, Control.
I know it's wishful thinking but anything is possible if you believe. Believing is seeing.

Had a dream that the offical Delta Goodrem website was up-dated with a new look! Colours of purple and blue filled the screen completely with stars and a new single name in the center....

I think that the next single will be "Touch" with a music video full of past memories and footage of home videos in her house with family, playing the piano, her touring Europe.... If they had footage of her going thru cancer treatment put that in there... Diary entries during that time put that in the video too... make this video strong and meaningful!
She may release "Knocked Out" with a music video like "Be Strong" (I.E. "The Voice" footage...) for her final single track release on Child of the Universe. However, I can't imagine the album being done yet and her moving on. We have heard alot about recording so maybe she is producing for other artist's (M. Bolton) on a global level. She could be producing some new tracks to take with her over-seas (United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, United States) which is something I hope she pursues! Goodrem has so many fans in the U.K. and Ireland it is a shame that "Delta" was never released there! I really hope she follows thru with her qoute about heading back to the U.K. and Ireland to release the "Child of the Universe" album. Maybe with a few bonus tracks on the physical album as well as hidden downloads that are avaliable when you purchase the album. If she were to hide codes in the album itself that you punch into the computer to download three extra I.Tunes tracks that would be amazing. Maybe, a hidden track on the album like she did with "Mistaken Identity" and lots of radio and mall tours!
