So with the new album hopefully a few months away, I was thinking about what we could expect! I then remember that Delta was saying she had done a 360 and was basically working on an Innocent Eyes 2.0 with a maturer sound. She said it was stripped and what not, but with the release of SOTOTW, I wasn't sure if it was the stripped sound. What do you guys think?
I'm worried it's one of those songs that just mighten fit with the general vibe of the album.
That said, I do absolutely love the song and I would prefer the album to be full of songs like it but I'm so ready for another IE!

I think personally we need to move on from Innocent Eyes so Delta can create herself again. Innocent Eyes was a great album but I think we need just be happy with what she has done now and not worry about the previous albums.
I think that this album is going to be an emotionally rollercoaster with Delta loving life as in SOTOTW and also I reckon there will be some heavy ballads.
That's just my opinion.

She wouldn't use 'Innocent' again and 'Dark Nights' sound so novice sounding. 'Way Back home' gives me a Billy Ray Cyrus vibe..

Totally agreed. Amazing album with amazing songs.MI was definitely under rated
And I guess we'll have to wait and see the finished product to judge whether it's sorta an IE 2.0 or not, but either way I'm sure Delta won't disappoint!

She said in that recent Nova interview that the album title would help us make sense of why she's been away for so long... so I'm thinking it might be something about being found, or lost etc.

Well the guy who wrote that article on Digital Spy said he got his info from Wikipedia on twitter so that's no more confirmed than any of the others... I do quite like the title mind.
