The last time Delta appeared at Westfield Plenty Valley was on August 16, 2008, when hundreds of fans filled the small space within the mall. More people are expected to be there this time with the instore date falling inside the Victorian school holidays.
For those who are wondering, Westfield Plenty Valley is located in South Morang in outer north eastern Melbourne (Melway reference 183 B12). A new railway station has just been built as part of the South Morang Rail Extension Project, which sees the Epping line extended 3.5 km to South Morang (this section was originally part of the old Whittlesea Line which closed in 1959). However the new station does not open until April 22, too late for the instore. So the fastest way to go from Melbourne CBD to Plenty Valley is to take the train to Epping, then take the 571 or 901 bus to the shopping complex.
Who are going and who are not? I certainly won't be there because I will be at work.
