I would have preferred all Delta - not being disrespectful just Biased!

It was a very nice tribute though.

So let me FALL

I WON'T break

I'll take my HEART to my grave

I will BREATHE under the water

You've FORSAKEN the daughter here

But I wont GIVE UP on you

No I won't give up on ME

that would be okay, but if it was to be entirely focused on Delta, it should not be for In Memoriam

MQ screencap and I can read it fine :) No idea why you couldn't. If anything, it would've been clearer on the TV.

I saw some of the names and with some it was a case of who are they? The first guy I knew from Hey Hey, they almost always had him and Kahmal on, Shirley the guy from Skyhooks I knew not just from his music but from the show Our House.

I must say, either I was out of the loop, or Delta's performance was a well kept secret

I really don't think you can compare the ARIAs and Logies tributes. ARIAs are about music so of course there would have to be focus on Delta and considering she's a multiple ARIA winner. Where as Tripod and Eddie Perfect don't quite have the same kind of connection with the Logies.

But each to their own.

Shower me with confetti rain, down from open skies.

yes but the Logies had a better balance, and they weren't entirely focused on filming the artist, as paying tribute to the late-personalities.
If you want to have a performance that's completely focused on the performer, it shouldn't be an In Memoriam.

As nice as the performance was, it wasn't presented well.

The cameras failed to show an even, well presented balance between the tribute screen and Delta performing.
The camera was too heavily focused on Delta, so you could not clearly see the late people she was paying tribute to.
Don't get me wrong, Delta's performance was amazing, and her voice has really improved, but I think more effort should have been placed on the camerawork and framing.

On Delta's performance, as I said before, her voice has improved drastically, but she still needs to work on her breathing techniques.

Kind Regards,

aussiemusiclover

Didn't see her performance on TV. When viewing it on YT, I needed to blow up the video to full screen to be able to read the names on the screen properly. Rather faint.

Well like you said, you saw the YouTube video. Not the best quality :) Looked great on the screen.

Artin

when I watched it on TV, it was no different, the framing was poor, and I couldn't read the names

Kind Regards,

aussiemusiclover

I could see it fine on the video clip and my vision is not the greatest

I think it was done very very well.

I thought it sucked that Jay Dee Springbett wasnt one of those mentioned

I don't know who this is and had to look him up, but maybe they were just trying to keep it to the time limit of the song and who THEY thought were most important. Weird considering I just looked him up and he seems quite well known...

I thought it was well timed too, the slideshow ended just as Delta stopped singing.
