Was listening to Fox FM this morning, and they confirmed Delta will be performing at Hamer Hall, Melbourne on Wednesday 7 November

Tickets go on sale sometime in August (I didn't quite catch the date).

YAY This will be Delta's second concert at Hamer Hall (Believe Again Tour, January 2009) and the first since its major renovation.
The website of Arts Centre Melbourne (Hamer Hall is part of Arts Centre) has not been updated as yet, hopefully it will come later this week. You will have to buy tickets Arts Centre either in person or via its website.
Although, the date chosen for the concert (Wednesday November 7) may discourage some fans because Thursday is a working day.
Does that mean Delta will go to the Melbourne Cup too as the race will be held on the day before (November 6)?

I completely forgot about the Melbourne Cup - that would be awesome if she went along!

There's nothing official anywhere on the web yet that I can see, but the Fox definitely announced it this morning. And they are giving tickets away too

omg tell me about it!!!! i so want to go if i had the money and the time off i would in a heartbeat. i bought tickets to BA tour but couldnt actually go in the end!

I dont know about concert venues but my dad owns a cruise and booking is cheaper mon-thurs versus friday, saturday, sunday so perhaps the two wednesday shows are done on purpose to make the show cheaper? I wonder when the brisbane date is

I really did!! two tickets for sydney show in the stalls. i was GUTTED i couldnt go, just didnt have enough money in the end for flights...thought i would be able to but it didnt work out, and i was going with my boyfriend at the time and he TOTALLY flaked out on me and was really negative about the whole thing, kept coming up with reasons not to go and i didnt want to go on my own obviously so....

i think i put a post on the old forum trying to sell them but no one responded (mega lolz) so i just kept them i guess.... sigh...!!

OH yay!!! So exciting... My exams don't finish until November 13 - I only have one... so I hope to god that it's not on that day.... before would be great... the bad thing is exam timetable wont be released until September 28 so will have to buy a ticket to the concert and just wait and see... If my exam is on or after that date I just wont be able to go

I wouldn't expect them to be much more than $100 - anyone remember how much the ANWDG was? I reckon they will be priced around the same as that!
