When I get knocked out
Before you count to ten
I'll get up again
And if I get knocked down
After I hit the floor
I'll be coming back at you

9 had to do all the boring pre-game stuff during itThanks for posting. A decent performance, but definitely not my favourite. The ending however, was my favourite end to the song out of all the live performances of it so far. I do wish that they'd shown ITL. I was really looking forward to that.

But I don't think it's a great song live - not in how delta sings it but just overall. But that's my personal opinion.

However, she looks absolutely beautiful! Wish we'd gotten to see ITL.
Thanks for the pics and video, Artin!

Oh, you're a walking disaster, plain as day to see.
Oh, and it takes one to know one; I know how you feel.

"All I got is this heart that I am willing to lose, I know in this life - I give it everything."
"Found a girl inside of me that I've been missing for so long, told her I that I'd never leave."
"Just when I stopped looking I saw just how far I'd come - in this life."
"One day, we won't exist, and all the hurt will turn to dust
It is easier to shut down than to open up to trust."

I don't think that was Deltas best performance...average tbh, she's still not cracking the 'heal' part in the 3rd verse
She actually chose not to hit it this time- which was probably wise concerning she's had trouble getting it in previous performances. Instead, she lowered it to a note she felt comfortable hitting.
Overall, quite a good performance- still a little pitchy in some places, but not as much as the Logies IMO.
Would love to see ITL.
EDIT:
I know it's her signature thing, but would she go better if she wasn't playing the keyboard? Maybe if she was focusing on her vocals it might come out better- especially when she's going to be standing and dancing. I think she sings better playing the piano (like an ACTUAL piano, not a keyboard) while she's sitting down. Every song on the BA tour was fantastic- what the hell is with this promo tour? It's not going to help prevent all the criticism coming out.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Glad she didn't go for the high note, I was 'Waiting, watching listening, to every little sign I see' and they all pointed to a failed high note.
I also heard her sickness on The Voice monday. Still it wasn't a bad performance.
So let me FALL
I WON'T break
I'll take my HEART to my grave
I will BREATHE under the water
You've FORSAKEN the daughter here
But I wont GIVE UP on you
No I won't give up on ME

I think Delta was sick. As a signer I heard it in her voice. I am so glad she is learning with each performance of this song, and making it sit where she can sing it best.

She is sick. At the Swisse launch last week, she told us she had a cold.

I did too! I don't care if every line isnt pitch perfect or she doesn't go for the high note that a lot of people are obsessed over, it was enjoyable to watch and I loved seeing her perform again! And I thought she looked absolutely stunningSo much criticism! I thought it was great...
No matter where the seasons fall
No matter how the dice will roll
In the end the here and now is all we have, don’t look back
