what did the customer say to you

He couldn't find the exit, so I told him it was back the way he came in; through the shop. He yelled saying that he didn't know where the shop was and that he didn't like my tone (I didn't take any tone!) so I offered to escort him back and he just said 'forget it'. Some people are very rude to anyone who works in customer services. I do find that with working in retail, etc, when facing customers with complaints, people will blame the first person thy come across, without any regard as to that person's influence on the issue. I swear sometimes I'm paid to be shouted at. had another one again today too. The sooner I leave, the better.

I hate it when crazy workaholics who dis believe in breaks for THEIR OWN SANITY and MADE ME STARVE once take control over a place.
I mean, what he says makes sense, but also...looony

and that tops off my week where I was dehydrated, "forgotten", Almost starved, faux pissed off, blocked from one of my favourite websites for no good reason, my day off work was the day with the cute silly guy works with me, various commitment/spitting out the truth/serious conversations which need to be had, my master procrastination and wrote ONLY ONE SONG!!!

I resent this week.

INCIDENTALLY the reason I was blocked from that website wasn't even a valid reason, someone is extremely heavy handed with the punishments.

I mean, miscommunication, editing comments, making sure people watch the movie and creating a couple of pages ISN'T TERRIBLE. I mean getting banned for I dunno, starting fights is reasonable, not using correct terminology is reasonable, doing the pages wrong is reasonable, but...THOSE REASONS UGH!
